The Poetry of the body & The Wisdom of the soul

Our medium for existence is the body and yet we are sometimes so afraid to trust it, move it, sit with it and listen to it. We have created concepts of movement that relate mostly to sports and competition, instead of the more poetic nature of ourselves.
Similarly, we often find it hard to hear the whisper of our soul, to rely on its wisdom as our mind’s voice tends to be so much louder.
In this online course, we would like to take you on a 4-week journey through the elements to explore and play with different movement qualities and practise meditations to strengthen the specific characteristics connected to the elements.
Find more trust in your own body again and gently move outside your comfort zone within a safe setting. Let yourself be guided by Kundalini meditations to help you quieten your mind and connect with that wisdom within.
