THE BRIDGE - Page One Theatre

A BIG ADVENTURE FOR A SMALL CITY RAT

Stefanie worked with Page One Theatre as a Movement Assistant on their very first play The Bridge written by Miles Mitchell and Chloe Stephens. A poignant and poetic tale to inspire children and adults alike.

Combining puppetry and projection The Bridge tells the story of Lucien, a lonely city rat who watches the pigeons from under Waterloo Bridge and wishes he could join them in the sky. One day he spots the most beautiful pigeon and follows her into the lights of the big city.

This performance was developed with support from the Unicorn Theatre's Emerge programme, Grants for the Arts and Chelsea Theatre. The Bridge has so far been performed at the Rose Theatre for the International Youth Arts Festival, the Dugdale Centre for the Mimetic Festival and at Chelsea Theatre.
